Nurse Aide Training — Hybrid | $920
Our hybrid Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP) combines the flexibility of online theory coursework with structured in-person skills training every Wednesday evening at our Richardson, TX campus. Over 5 weeks you will build the clinical knowledge and hands-on competency required to pass the Texas state CNA certification exam through Prometric. This format is ideal for students who need to balance work, family, or other commitments while still completing a fully state-approved program. Payment plans available.

Nurse Aide Training — In-Person | $920
Our in-person Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP) is a 4–5 week state-approved course held entirely on-site at our Richardson, TX campus. You'll receive hands-on skills instruction in our dedicated skills lab, followed by your required clinical hours at an approved healthcare facility. Clinical placement details are disclosed during Week 1 orientation so you can plan your schedule accordingly — clinical hours may be completed Monday through Friday during Week 4, or on Saturdays and Sundays in Weeks 3 and 4. Phlebotomy Technician Training — $1,095 Complete our 6-week hybrid Phlebotomy program and sit for the NHA Certification Exam right here at our school — no third-party testing center required. Diamond Career institute, LLC. holds a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission to operate a proprietary school and is approved to provide/conduct both a Phlebotomy Program and a Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP). The NATCEP is regulated and approved by the Texas Department of Health and Human Services. Meet the team

Ms Jane, MSN,CRNA- Program Director
Jane Diamond Career Institute was founded in 2020 by Jane Yeboah who brings 19 years of healthcare experience. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from Luther College and a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Bryan College of Health Sciences. Her experience ranges from providing care for pediatric and adult populations in settings spanning from long-term, inpatient critical care and outpatient post-acute settings. Since 2019 she has also served as an Instructor of American Heart Association courses. She currently works as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at various local hospitals in the DFW area. She will be the primary instructor for classroom/hybrid instruction and clinicals.
Ms Tamika, CPT- Phlebotomy Instructor

Ms Tamika is passionate about empowering the next generation of healthcare professionals. With over 10 years of experience in the phlebotomy/laboratory field, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge and commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. With her tutelage students will develop strong technical skills and and confidence in performing blood draws and related procedures. Students will master venipunture techniques, infection control measures that prioritize patient safely, all in accordance with industry standards and practices.
Debra Lane, BSN, RN- Nurse Aide Instructor

Ms Debra is a dedicated RN and CNA instructor with over three years of experience teaching adult learners and serving as a passionate patient care technician instructor for high school students. She is deeply committed to education and takes pride in fostering a supportive, engaging learning environment where students feel confident, capable, and prepared for real-world patient care.
Teaching is more than a profession for Debra—it is a calling. She excels at breaking down complex clinical skills into clear, practical steps and finds fulfillment in watching students grow into compassionate, skilled healthcare professionals. Whether guiding adults beginning a new career or introducing high school students to healthcare for the first time, her approach is rooted in clarity, patience, and genuine care for student success
